Requirement

Licensee can renew his/her licence (Grade I or II) if:

• the licence has not been expired for 5 or more years, and
• the licence is not under suspension or has not been cancelled.

Procedure

Starting October of the year, the licensee can apply for renewal of a Plumber's Licence by means of Electronic Services.

Apart from application online, the licensee can also attend in person at Wan Chai or Tai Kok Tsui Customer Enquiry Centre to renew his/her licence for the next year. He/She shall bringing along with:

• duly completed and signed on and submit form "Application for Renewal/Re-issue of a Plumber's Licence",
• the plumber licence,
• Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Passport,
• 1 recent photo (size 25mm (1") W x 38mm (1-1/2") H),

and paying licence fee of $80 at any post office, 7-Eleven Convenience Store, Circle K Convenience Store or U select.

Note: No invitation letter will be sent to the licensed plumbers for renewal of their plumbers' licence.
