Our Customer Enquiry Centres provide general enquiry services, handle applications for change of consumership, disseminate publications and forms related to water supply. Applicants can make applications for Fishing Licence / Plumber's Licence at Wan Chai or Tai Kok Tsui Customer Enquiry Centres. Fee collection service is not available at Customer Enquiry Centres. Customers may pay water charges through various means.
