Requirement

The licensee can apply for re-issue of his/her plumber's licence if there is a lose of the plumber's licence, provided that:-

• the licence has not been expired for 5 or more years, and
• the licence is not under suspension or has not been cancelled.

Procedure

The licensee can apply for re-issue of a Plumber's Licence by means of Electronic Services.

Apart from application online, the licensee can also attend in person at Wan Chai or Tai Kok Tsui Customer Enquiry Centre bringing along with:

• duly completed and signed on and submit form "Application for Renewal/Re-issue of a Plumber's Licence" ,
• the plumber licence
• Report of Lost issued by Hong Kong Police Force
• Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport,
• 1 recent photo (size 25mm (1") W x 38mm (1-1/2") H),

and paying licence fee of $80 at any post office, 7-Eleven Convenience Store, Circle K Convenience Store or U select.
