Fee Collection Service is not available at Tai Kok Tsui Customer Enquiry Centre. You may bring along the bill to pay the fee by cash or cheque at any post office, or by cash (maximum limit for each transaction: HK$5,000) at any 7-Eleven Convenience Store, Circle K Convenience Store, VanGO Convenience Store or U select.
The service hours for sale of water tickets are from 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. All centres are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Customers may also buy water tickets at Shau Kei Wan Marine Office at 10 Tam Kung Temple Road, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong.
