• Receive your new bills by email in an instant without postal delay or delivery failure
• Enjoy 1-month extension of payment due date (except for high water consumption consumers who are billed at monthly intervals)
• Receive email reminder before due date to avoid overdue payment
• View your water consumption records and payment history of the last two years (through the link provided in the email for sending e-bill)
• Successful applicant is entitled to receive a pair of flow controllers for water taps.

Apart from online application, you may also apply through the following means:

• Via the eWater Mobile App;
• By calling our 24-hour Customer Services Hotline (2824 5000);
• In person at our Customer Enquiry Centres; 
• In writing by fax (2802 7333), email (wsdinfo@wsd.gov.hk) or post. Please provide the registered consumer's name, HKID/ Passport / Business Registration Number, water account number and email address for receiving e-bills.

After successful registration of e-bill service, customers may click the relevant link to perform the following requests when necessary :

• View general explanatory notes of water bill
