Application for Inclusion in the Water Supplies Department Notification Lists

The Water Supplies Department (WSD) maintains two lists of suppliers for goods and services, namely, the Water Supplies Department (WSD) Notification Lists and the Government Logistics Department (GLD) Notification Lists.  If your company is not providing the goods or services covered by a Purchasing Group Code (“PGC”) specified below under the WSD Notification Lists, registration with WSD is NOT required and please approach Government Logistics Department directly for the application for Inclusion in the GLD Notification Lists. Those firms who are supplying the following products or services and wish to be considered for inclusion in the WSD Notification Lists may submit a completed application form to the Director of Water Supplies:

• Analytical services for performance benchmarking with international laboratories
• Personnel consultants
• Cleaning services for premises
• Security services
• Consulting firm of team building workshop
• Laboratories for checking or analysing the quality of water and material
• Safety training courses on the operation of electric overhead travelling crane
• Survey agencies
• Supermarket coupons
• Training programmes – introduction courses on welding inspection and NDT methods for site staff
• Mechanical seals
• Bearings, ball rollers on needle rollers
• Training services – human resourses consultants and customer services
• ISO certification bodies
• Provision of laundry service for WSD

Applications received will be processed by WSD. Subject to confirmation of their credentials, those firms that are found acceptable will be included in the WSD Notification Lists. Their continued inclusions in the List will depend on their demonstrated ability to offer competitive tenders and on their performance in connection with any order(s) or contract(s) which they have been awarded. WSD reserves the right to review the status of a firm in the light of any new information relevant to its qualification.

Suppliers on the WSD Notification Lists will be invited to bid for the category(ies) of goods or related services, for which they are included, as and when opportunities arise.
