Guidance Notes For Application

1. WSD maintains list of suppliers for goods and services (WSD Notification Lists).
2. Those who wish to be considered for inclusion in the WSD Notification Lists may apply in writing to the Director of Water Supplies. Suppliers on the Notification Lists will receive invitations to quotation for the category(ies) of materials or services, for which they have been included.

Application

1. Applicants should submit a completed application form, together with the following information, to the Director of Water Supplies:
   1. A valid Business Registration Certificate;
   2. Latest Company profile and annual report;
   3. Code of conduct (if any); and
   4. One set of relevant catalogues and descriptive literature
2. Application for inclusion in the WSD notification lists is free of charge.
