Water Supplies Department Joins "InnoCarnival 2024"

Tseung Kwan O Desalination Plant (TKODP) had put into service since December 2023.   In order to enrich the public understanding of the desalination plant, the Water Supplies Department (WSD) set up an exhibition booth at the “InnoCarnival 2024”, which was held between 26 October and 3 November 2024, to introduce the reverse osmosis technology adopted in the desalination process. The Building Information Modelling (BIM) interactive demonstration platform was also showcased to explain to the public the daily operation of TKODP.
