Water Supplies Department Joins “OSH Innovation & Technology Expo”

The Water Supplies Department (WSD) joined the first "OSH Innovation and Technology Expo" co-organized by the Occupational Safety & Health Council and the Labour Department on 7-8 Mar 2024, to introduce WSD’s proactive adoption of “Smart Site Safety System”, which had been implemented in the Siu Ho Wan Water Treatment Works extension project and the Sha Tin WTW (South Works) in-situ reprovisioning project, in aid of monitoring construction works, identifying safety hazards in advance as well as uplifting site safety.
