Water Supplies Department Joins "InnoCarnival 2023"

Between 28 October and 5 November 2023, the Water Supplies Department (WSD) set up an exhibition booth at the “InnoCarnival 2023” organized by the Innovation & Technology Commission to introduce WSD’s proactive adoption of Advanced Metering Infrastructure System (AMI) and display a variety of smart water meter devices. An interactive quiz game was also set up in the booth.

As part of advancing Hong Kong into a smart city, the WSD has introduced wired AMI since 2018 in new public and private developments to further promote water conservation and smart living in the community.
