The Water Supplies Department (WSD) invited the Eastern District Council (EDC) to visit a public education centre named as H2OPE Centre in Tin Shui Wai on 2 August 2023. The EDC member and HAD staff visited the H2OPE Centre to gain more understanding of issues related to water resources in Hong Kong and water conservation, as well as to discuss about the water supply services in Eastern District with the Director of Water Supplies and WSD staff.
