Water Supplies Department Joins “Smart Hong Kong Pavilion” at the InnoEX 2023

The Water Supplies Department (WSD) set up an exhibition booth at the “Smart Hong Kong Pavilion” at the InnoEX 2023 from 12 to 15 April 2023, to introduce to the industry the adoption of smart and innovation technologies in various projects, including “Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) System for Water Quality Monitoring at Impounding Reservoirs”, “Integrated Treatment Information & Tele-alert System (INTEL)” and “Water Suspension Notification System (WATSUN)”. In addition, an immersive Cave Automatic Virtual Environment (CAVE) set-up was installed to showcase the "Relocation of Diamond Hill Fresh Water and Salt Water Service Reservoirs to Caverns" and " H2OPE Centre " in the form of virtual reality.
