Taking-up application online is not applicable to premises without water supply or the water supply has been disconnected, i.e. the meters have been removed. For those cases, please either visit our Customer Enquiry Centres or download the WWO542 form to apply for water supply, and then forward the completed form by post or fax, or in person.
