To show our care for the environment by using less paper, you are cordially invited to register for our e-billing services, please follow the steps below for registration.

If you are already a registered user of our Electronic Services, please click the button below to login the electronic services and activate your e-billing service.

Please follow the steps for the e-billing service application :-
(a)
Select your water account to receive e-bill;
(b)
Input the email address under the page of "Update Personal Particulars and Application for e-bill";
(c)
Select "Email" under the box of "Receive Bill Thru" of the same page;
(d)
Submit your application; and
(e)
After you have submitted the application, a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. This email is to ensure that we can deliver the e-bill to you without any problem. You have to click the link provided in that email to confirm the usage of your email address for receiving the e-bill. If you have not logged in the Electronic System, please login before confirmation. The confirmation must be done within 14 days from the submission of your application. Afterwards, your application will lapse and you need to apply again.

However, if you have not yet registered our Electronic Services, please click the button below for registration first. Upon completion of the registration, please go to step 1 above for the application of e-billing service.

Please note that when the e-bill is delivered to your email account, your electronic mailing system may treat it as spam or junk mail, please check the Trash or Junk Mail folder in your email box for our first delivery if you cannot find it in your "inbox". You may set the configuration of your email account after this first delivery such that our e-bill will not be treated as junk mail.
