If you want to change the bill language from Chinese to English, you may download and complete the "Change of Bill Language Form" and post it to the Water Supplies Department on 43/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or fax it to 2802 7333.

For change of bill language from English to Chinese, you may download and complete the "Amend Account Detail Form" and post it to the same address or fax it to the same as above. For customers who wish to have their name, service address and correspondence address to be printed in Chinese, please use the above "Amend Account Details Form" to provide their name, service address and correspondence address in Chinese as well.
