- Complete the Application Form A
and Annex 1 to Form A together with the required supporting documents and send to WSD either by e-application to wsdinfo@wsd.gov.hk or by mail.
- For e-application, please note the followings :
- send-in a scanned copy of your Business Registration Certificate/Hotel and Guesthouse License marked with "for QWRSB use only";
- email size has to be limited to 5MB;
- your own outgoing email capacity;
- WSD will acknowledge the receipt of application by email or fax/mail corresponding to the application channel and will normally notify the result in about 4 weeks.
