1. This Department has designated an Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the Code are properly dealt with in accordance with the specified procedures.
  2. Request for information or records held by the Department may be made by email, by fax 2824 0578 or application form PDF obtainable from the Reception counter of the Department. The application should be addressed to Access to Information Officer, Departmental Administration Division, Water Supplies Department.

    4. A copy of the Code on Access to Information (in English and Chinese)
    5. A copy of the Guidelines on Interpretation and Application, Code on Access to Information (in English)
    6. A list of records by category held by the Department (in English)
    7. A list of information either published or made available free of charge or at a cost
    8. Administrative procedures for handling requests for information under the Code (English)
  4. Other than publications which are available free of charge or at cost specified, the following photocopying charge will be levied :
