to the Homepage of the Advisory Committee on the Quality of Water
Supplies. The launching of this web site aims at promoting transparency
and encouraging public participation in the monitoring of the quality
of water supplies in Hong Kong. This is in line with the purpose
of the formation of this Advisory Committee.
The Advisory Committee on the Quality of Water Supplies, found on 1st
April 2000, is an independent body comprising members from the public
including academics, district councillors, green advocates, professionals,
and officials from related government departments and bureau.
In this web site, we will introduce to you the work of the Advisory
Committee and other relevant information. More importantly, we wish
to gather your valuable comments and suggestions so that we can
improve. Thank you.
